You can determine the ring size in several ways. If possible, measure the inner diameter of an existing ring. You can also wrap a piece of string around your ring and stretch it next to a ruler.
Can I return a jewelry piece, if I do not like it?
If you do not like our product for any reason, you can return it undamaged, with original packagin and receipt, within 15 days of delivery. For more information, read our Return policy.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We suggest that you clean your jewelry with a clean and damp microfibre cloth. Jewelry that is not being worn, should be kept in a jewelry box or a valvet pouch. Separate different pieces with soft cloth to prevent contact between different pieces. Your jewelry will be more durable if you take it off before going swimming or showering. Keep jewelry away from cleaning solutions and chemicals such as oil, sunscreen, body lotion, hairspray etc. We do not recommend that you expose jewelry to hot water or steam.
In which cases the warranty does not apply?
Warranty is not valid if the piece was modified by someone else. This includes polishing, resizing, engraving etc. The same applies if you ignore the usage recommendations and misuse your piece. Warranty does not apply to soft precious and semi-precious stones such as Moonstone, turquoise, emerald, opal etc.

What should I do if I damage my jewelry?
Should you damage your piece even when properly used, you can notify us and send it to be repaired. First, send us a description about the problem and we’ll get back to you with further instructions.
